What is a Read-Only Administrator?

A read-only administrator is a team member who can look at reports and information, but cannot change anything.

This is perfect for:

Good to know: Read-only administrators will receive their own login. They can see reports but cannot make calls, add clients, or change settings.

How to Add a Read-Only Administrator

Step 1: Go to the Administrators Page

  1. Click My Community in the menu on the left
  2. Click the Administrators tab at the top

Scroll down to the Manage Read-only Administrators section.
